I’ve been stamping off and on for over 20 years—starting in a card club with some friends. I loved the creativity and putting the cards together. But when I got home, it was so much harder to design by myself. When I did craft, it gave me such joy and a sense of accomplishment. I’d like to help you get past that initial hesitation of crafting – it doesn’t have to be intimidating!
What started as a hobby turned into a full-time adventure after retirement, and honestly, I’ve never looked back.
I believe crafting should be whimsical, a little messy, and a whole lot of fun. Whether I’m designing cards, hosting workshops, or dreaming up playful projects, I love helping others discover the joy of creating something by hand.
I live in St. Louis with my two “studio assistants,” Cyrus and Ruthie—cats who think every ribbon is a toy and every finished card is a new bed. They keep me laughing, and they add their own creative flair (usually by laying on any project I’m trying to finish). So grab your glue, embrace the embellishments, and let’s make something magical together – because life is too short for boring cards.
